Vi ser även en debatt om HTML5 är det rätta svaret på behoven i webbdesign, eller om det är i själva verket är andra teknologier som nu och framöver kan ge bättre stöd. Det kan alltså vara läge att ge en bild av vad den framväxande webbstandarden HTML5 är, och vad som driver dess utveckling.
